Provides courteous, prompt, and efficient customer service by answering customer calls and inquires, accurately entering customer registrations, notifying customers of changes and following up with customers when necessary. Answer 30-40+ calls per day. Assist customers via phone, email and chat with registrations, cancellations, changes and inquiries. Process registrations, payments and invoices. Notify customers of changes of cancellations. Investigate and resolve customer inquires and complaints. Introduce and promote new products to customers through upselling. Work collaboratively with various departments on projects to support tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate

Customer service and phone experience necessary. Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Word. Typing speed of 40+ WMP with accuracy. Possess strong communication and persuasion skills. Excellent attention to detail, and strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced, team motivated environment.
