Manpower has partnered with a Renwick, Iowa Company to assist in supporting their seasonal needs. Position will start as soon as September 5th, 2019.
What is the Job?
Operate machines to package bulk and bagged soybeans for storage and distribution.
Operate production equipment in accordance to established guideline, adhereing to safe practices.
Move Proboxes, bulk bags and 50 lbs palletized bags through warehouse with Forklift.
• Will work 1st shift only the first two weeks
• Will rotate shifts between 1st and 2nd shift every three weeks
• 1st Shift 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, 2nd shift 2:00-10:30
• Attendance bonus will be in place at $40 with perfect attendance for the week
Tools/Machines (include % used): Forklift – 80% , Packaging Machines – 20%
Essential Functions/Physical Requirements: May lift and stack bagged seeds up to 50#.
Skills/Cert: Forklift Experience Required
Post Offer Requirements: Background and drug screen will be performed
Forklift Training and Level 2 safety done on site.
Reporting Procedures/Dress Req: Associates required to purchase Steel Toed boots. Wear them the first day.
Client will distribute vests, hard hats, safety glasses, earplugs and gloves to associates.
